In case of production errors or missing specifications, we repair flower- and plant sleeves, sheets and other flexible packaging.

Flex-Pack has a number of machines that can be used for processing plastic foils, paper and non-woven products. We can make air holes and hanging holes, cut to size and seal plastic.

Air holes

For making air holes in flower and plant sleeves, we have developed our own machine that can punch air holes quickly and accurately. The punch diameters are 10, 12, 14 and 16 mm. The mutual distance is 5 cm. or a multiple thereof.

Hanging holes

Flowers and plants are increasingly being packaged by machines. If the sleeve manufacturer has forgotten or incorrectly made the hanging holes, we can correct this error. For this purpose, we have developed a unique machine that can make the holes at any desired centre-to-centre distance and position. Here too, the standard punch diameters are 10, 12, 14 and 16 mm. With these punches we can provide all cover sizes for the Terra, Flier, Createch and Bercomex machines with hanging holes.

Cutting flexible materials

With our computer-controlled cutting machine with a width of 130 cm we can handle all cutting orders. If sheets or covers need to be trimmed or bad pieces of material removed, this is no problem for us.

Sealing plastics

We have 10 sealing machines for applying welds in flexible plastics. In close cooperation with various social workshops we can handle large projects. The most common order is applying bottom seals in plant covers.
